I’m surprised to read this, as I did work very hard for you and gave estimates as to what the costs associated with selling your property would be. Unfortunately, you had only owned it for about one year and did not make major renovations. Despite that, I sold your home for $12,500 more than what you bought it for about one year ago, which is a healthy return on your investment. Good luck to you and your family in your new home.
